Pizza with Asiago, Cherry Tomatoes and Eggs
1 pizza base 30 cm in diameter
– 4 tbsp. tomato paste
– 1 cup ASIAGO PRESSATO, Grated
– 10 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
– 4 eggs
– olive oil
– microgreens or fresh salad leaves
– salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 240 ° C.
Place the dough in a large baking tray where you have coated non-stick paper.
Spread the tomato paste on the base of the dough.
Continue with scattering cheese, cherry tomatoes and eggs.
Sprinkle with olive oil and salt and pepper.
Bake for 6-8 minutes or until the base turns golden and the eggs are cooked.
