Ingredients for 2 people

6 prawns size 16-20 without shell

10gr chives

1gr ginger

50gr rice flour

10ml water

100gr sweet chili sauce

Salt


Preparation

  1. For dumpling: mix well rice flour with water to have a soft texture dough. Set aside to rest for 1 hour. Roll dough in 1cm thick and cut in round shapes.
  2. For stuffing: blend well prawns, chives and ginger. Add salt.
  3. Fill dumplings with mixture and fold in half round shape.
  4. Steam for 20 minutes.
  5. Serve with sweet chili sauce.
