Prawn Dumpling with Asian Sauce

Cooking time 20 minutes
Ingredients for 2 people
6 prawns size 16-20 without shell
50gr rice flour
100gr sweet chili sauce
- For dumpling: mix well rice flour with water to have a soft texture dough. Set aside to rest for 1 hour. Roll dough in 1cm thick and cut in round shapes.
- For stuffing: blend well prawns, chives and ginger. Add salt.
- Fill dumplings with mixture and fold in half round shape.
- Steam for 20 minutes.
- Serve with sweet chili sauce.
