Ingredients for 2 portions

8 prawns size 16-20 unshelled

2 tbsp ginger grated

2 tbsp garlic, minced

3 tbsp sesame oil

1/2 cup soy sauce

2 tbsp honey

sesame seeds

greens for serving


  1. Marinate prawns with ginger, garlic, soy sauce and ground pepper.
  2. In very hot pan add sesame oil and sauté prawns for 2 minutes.
  3. Finally add marinate and honey and continue cooking for 3 minutes more.
  4. Then add sesame seeds and remove from heat.
  5. serve with fresh greens.
