Preparation time 10 minutes


Ingredients for 8 glasses

1 kg of peeled and unseed melon cut in cubes

30gr honey

50gr fresh mint leafs

1 glass of ice cubes

1ltr of sparkling wine

cherries and red currant to serve


Preparation

  1. In blender, add all ingredients except wine.
  2. Blend very well.
  3. Remove from blender and pour wine.
  4. Served very cold.
