Ingredients for 2 portions

2 cups of boiled pasta

200gr salmon fillet cut in cubes

100gr broccoli florets

20gr butter

6 cherry tomatoes

¼ bunch chopped spring onion

250ml tomato sauce

2tsp chopped basil leafs

Parmesan flakes


  1. In sauce pan melt butter and sauté salmon for 2 minutes.
  2. Add onion.
  3. Then add broccoli, tomatoes and sauce.
  4. Finaly add pasta, basil and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Served with parmesan flakes.
