Ingredients For Cream

1ltr milk

9 eggs

260gr. sugar

1 tsp vanilla


Ingredients For Caramel

50gr. sugar

1 tsp lemon juice

2 tsp water


Preparation

  1. In casserole add sugar, lemon juice and water.
  2. Cook in low heat until caramel golden brown.
  3. Add caramel in form and cool down.
  4. In pot pour milk and warm up.
  5. Whisk the rest ingredients in bowl and pour hot milk.
  6. Pour mixture to form and baked in bain-marie for 30-40 minutes at 180c.
  7. Let to cool down and then put in refrigerator.
