1 cup of farina flour

½-cup cocoa

1tea sp. BP

1tea sp. Soda

1tea sp. Salt

1tea sp. Vanilla

½ cup of milk

½ cup Sugar

1 egg

1/3 cup oil

½ cup hot coffee


  1. In mixer bowl sift flour and cocoa.
  2. Then add all dry ingredients and mix well.
  3. Add milk, oil and eggs. Mix well
  4. Finally add hot coffee and stir well.
  5. Grease a 22cm cake form, pour mixture to ¾ of the form and bake in preheat oven 180c for 20 minutes or until the center of the cake is dry.
