Preparation time 20 minutes


Ingredients for 6 portions

2 garlic gloves

1 large red onion

4 tomatoes

1 cucumber

50 ml olive oil

1,5 ltr cold water

1ltr tomato juice

2 green peppers

1 red pepper

½ small cup vinegar


Preparation

  1. Wash all ingredients very well.
  2. Cut in large pieces.
  3. Mix all ingredients (except croutons), and marinate for minimum 2-3 hours.
  4. Then sauté halloumi in non-stick pan without oil.
  5. Serve very cold.
