Ingredients for 2

100gr olive oil

1 chopped onion

3 color peppers sliced

1 chopped garlic clove

200gr boiled rice in fish bouillon and saffron

100gr chicken fillet cut in cubes

6 prawns

100gr calamari sliced


  1. In hot pan, add olive oil and sauté chicken. Remove chicken from pan.
  2. Add prawns and calamari to sauté. Remove prawns and calamari from pan.
  3. Low heat and then add onion and garlic. Slow cook for 2-3 minutes to golden brown.
  4. Add peppers and chicken.
  5. Pour 1 cup of bouillon, bring to boil and then add rice.
  6. When the rice is warm up add prawns and calamari.
