4 fresh peaches

200 g Brie cheese

50 ml balsamic cream

50 g of pistachios

fresh mint leaves


Cut the peaches carefully in the middle and remove the stem. Fill with Brie cheese and bake in the oven at 170 ° C for 20 minutes.
