Preparation time 10 minutes

Cooking time 20 minutes


2 fillet of swordfish

Olive oil

50ml white wine

1 garlic

Juice from 1 lemon

100gr butter

20gr parsley chopped

Salt and pepper


  1. Marinate swordfish with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  2. In hot pan, sauté both side of fish.
  3. Then bake for 15 minutes at 180c.
  4. In the same pan, add garlic mushed, wine and lemon. Simmer to reduce at 1/3.
  5. Cut butter in cubes, then add to mixture, and stir well until melted.
  6. Season sauce with salt and pepper.
  7. Finally add chopped parsley.
