Tagliatelle with shrimps, peas, ouzo and graviera cheese
200gr fresh tagliatelle
1 tbsp Alphamega sunflower oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 garlic clove, minced
10 shrimps, clean
1/2 cup peas, frozen or fresh
1/4 cup ouzo
1/2 cup cheese kostakis graviera, grated
1 tsp parsley, finely chopped
Put a large pan of salted water on to boil, add the fresh tagliatelle, then cook according to pack instructions.
Add oil in the pan and fry onions till transparent add garlic and fry for another minute.
Add shrimps and cook for 1-2 minutes or till cooked. Add peas and cook for an extra minute. Pour in ouzo and let evaporate.
Mix with pasta add grated cheese and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with extra cheese on top.
