Tapas with Mozzarella and Tomato
Preparation time 20 minutes
Cooking time 10 minutes
Ingredients for 4 portions
1 sliced French baguette (2cm each)
400gr mozzarella cheese
Extra virgin olive oil
- Drizzled baguette with olive oil and grill.
- Slice tomatoes and season with oregano, salt and pepper.
- Slice mozzarella and add 1 slice on each bruschetta.
- Then add sliced tomatoes.
- Drizzled with olive oil and garnish with basil leaf.
