Ingredients for 4 portions

4 tomatoes

1 sliced French baguette (2cm each)

400gr mozzarella cheese

1-2gr. Oregano

Extra virgin olive oil

Basil leafs



  1. Drizzled baguette with olive oil and grill.
  2. Slice tomatoes and season with oregano, salt and pepper.
  3. Slice mozzarella and add 1 slice on each bruschetta.
  4. Then add sliced tomatoes.
  5. Drizzled with olive oil and garnish with basil leaf.
