Ingredients for 4 portions

12 chopped, ripe tomatoes

1tsp chilli flakes

50gr basil pesto

1 sliced French baguette (2cm each)

1 grated garlic clove

1-2gr. oregano

19 chopped Black olives

Extra virgin olive oil

Basil leafs



  1. Drizzled baguette with olive oil and grill.
  2. In bowl mix well tomatoes, chilli, pesto, garlic, oregano, olives and parmesan.
  3. Add mixtures on bruschetta.
  4. Drizzled with olive oil and garnish with basil leaf.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
