Ingredients for 4 portions

12 cherry tomatoes cut in quarters

1 sliced French baguette (2cm each)

100gr feta cheese cut in cubes

2gr chopped chives

Extra virgin olive oil



  1. Drizzled baguette with olive oil and grill.
  2. In bowl mix well tomatoes, feta and chives.
  3. Add mixtures on crostini.
  4. Drizzled with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
