Ingredients for waffle

1 cup flour

1 s. sp. BP

Pinch of salt

¾ cup milk

1 egg


Ingredients for garnish

1 avocado

2 eggs

Vinegar

100gr. Halloumi

Fresh salad

Salted, baked hazelnuts


Waffle preparation

  1. Mix all solid ingredients.
  2. Add egg and pour milk. Mix very well.
  3. Let the mixture for 30 minutes to rest.
  4. Cook mixture in hot waffle machine.

Garnish preparation

  1. Sliced avocado or cut in cubes.
  2. Poached eggs in hot water with vinegar (no boiled water).
  3. Cut halloumi and cook in hot pan.
  4. Crush hazelnuts in large pieces.
  5. Garnish waffle.
