Tender Chicken Kebab with Blue Cheese Dip
Preparation time 15 minutes
Cooking time 20 minutes
Ingredients for 6 portions
1 whole chicken boneless and cut in cubes for kebab
1 large grated onion
1 grated garlic clove
50gr. Tomato paste
50ml white wine
5gr. Paprika powder
50gr. Blue cheese
100ml fresh cream
Salt and pepper
12 skewers for kebab
- In blender add oil, onion with juice, garlic, tomato paste, wine, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper. (2gr. Chilli pepper optional)
- Blend well and marinated chicken for minimum 4 hours in the fridge.
- Skewer chicken and grill for 15-20 minutes.
- For dip, warm cream and melt cheese. Stir well, leave to cool down and mix with yogurt.
