Ingredients for 6 portions 

1 whole chicken boneless and cut in cubes for kebab

50ml oil

1 large grated onion

1 grated garlic clove

50gr. Tomato paste

50ml white wine

5gr. Paprika powder

5gr. Oregano

5gr. Thyme

50gr. Blue cheese

200gr yogurt

100ml fresh cream

Salt and pepper

12 skewers for kebab


  1. In blender add oil, onion with juice, garlic, tomato paste, wine, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper. (2gr. Chilli pepper optional)
  2. Blend well and marinated chicken for minimum 4 hours in the fridge.
  3. Skewer chicken and grill for 15-20 minutes.
  4. For dip, warm cream and melt cheese. Stir well, leave to cool down and mix with yogurt.
