Ingredients for 4 portions

400 g tuna fillet

5 g garlic puree

5 g ginger puree

50 ml soy sauce

50 ml orange juice

10 ml sesame oil

10 g  golden syrup

40 ml teriyaki sauce

100 g sesame seeds

16 skewers

Salt / pepper


Preparation

  1. Cut tuna in medium sized cubes.
  2. Marinate tuna with salt, pepper, sesame oil, soy sauce, orange juice, garlic, golden syrup and ginger and leave it for minimum 20 minutes.
  3. In a hot pan sear tuna for 1 minute each side.
  4. Serve with teriyaki sauce.
