Ingredients for 1 cake – 26cm

4 large mature bananas
110gr oats

70gr chocolate chips
120gr strain yogurt
1 egg
1gr vanilla
90gr honey
2gr BP
2gr soda


  1. Preheat oven at 170c.
  2. With fork crush banana.
  3. In bowl mix all ingredients very well.
  4. Grease form with oil.
  5. Add mixture in form and fill for ¾.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes and check the center to be dry with a toothpick.
  7. Garnish with cranberries.
