Terre Del Noce Pinot Grigio White Wine 750 ml
875946
Pinot Grigio was originally introduced to the Adige valley around 1950 in order to produce a Rosé wine. It was only after much progress in oenology during the 1970s that wineries were able to obtain a white wine, rich in flavours, more supple and with a lower acidity. The Terre del Noce Pinot Grigio is produced with grapes from the vineyards along the Adige and Noce river where it finds its ideal habitat, thanks to the fertile soil

The next day the yeast is added and the alcoholic fermentation is started, at a controlled temperature (61-64°F/16-18°C). At the end of the fermentation the run off takes place and the wine is left on the lees, until it is bottled |
