    Cut the banana and put in blender. Add raspberries, yogurt, honey and vanilla and beat for 3-5 minutes, until combined. Distribute the mixture in glasses and serve.

    Chicken with lime and coconut milk

    Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add olive oil. Add the chicken breasts, salt and pepper, and cook for 5-7 minutes per side until golden. Remove from saucepan, transfer to a plate and put aside. The chicken is not fully cooked.

    Line a 20x30cm pan with parchment paper. In the bowl of a stand mixer beat oats, protein powder, salt, cinnamon and stevia with the flat beater. Add applesauce and grated carrots. Mix for 2-3 minutes.
