Linguine with creamy sauce and sausage

Ingredients
- 500g linguine package DE CECCO no7
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 250g chicken sausage (cut into slices)
- 1-2 cloves of melted garlic
- 2 cups chopped tomatoes
- 0.5 cup heavy cream
- 0.5 cup grated parmesan
- 2 cups baby spinach leaves
- Salt
- Pepper
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Cooking Method
- In a large pot with salted water, boil the pasta according to package instructions, until al dente
- Pour the olive oil into a pan and fry the sausage on medium heat until golden brown. Add the garlic, mix for another 1 minute, add the tomatoes, cream and Parmesan and season with salt and pepper.
- Lower the heat and let all the ingredients bind for 5 minutes.
- Transfer the pasta and spinach to the sauce and mix well.
- Serve immediately, and garnish with basil leaves
