Prepare Use Allow 85g per person as a side dish and 160 g as main course. Add pasta in plenty of salted, boiling water (use 1 L water and 10 g of salt for every 100 g of pasta) and boil for 11-13 minutes, stirring occasionally, with the lid open. Drain and serve hot with grated cheese and the sauce of your preference
