    Prepare Use INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Before using wash carefully the product with detergent and water. When using for the first time prepare inside product by greasing it with olive oil or butter. Cook at a moderate heat. By using, take care that a diameter of a heat source is smaller than item itself. Do not overheat the empty product. Use only plastic or wooden tools. Avoid sharp or pointed metal tools. Use only for domestic uses. Allow the product to cool before washing it. It is suggested washing product by hand, without using abrasive sponge. This product can also be washed at low temperature in dishwasher. On traditional hobs (electric, gas), cook on a burner having a smaller diameter than the bottom of the product. Do not overheat an empty pan. Do not overcook food to the point that it turns black. Use only accessories made of wood or plastic. Do not cut inside pan with knifes: this might cause scratches and abrasions and undermine the performance of the non-stick. Use only for cooking food. Let item cool down before washing it. Wash the interior non-stick surface with warm water, liquid soap and a soft sponge (avoid using rough and metal sponges). The product may be washed in a dishwasher at a low temperature (30°/50°), with the amount of detergent recommended for the cycle used
