    Prepare Use Use & Care: Before first use, wash then wipe the coating with cooking oil. For efficiency and stability, centre your pan on a hob adapted to the diameter of its base. Avoid burning the handle. Do not overheat your cookware. For products with stainless steel handles and loop handles: they may become hot after a prolonged use, for added safety we recommend the use of oven gloves. Use in the oven: Tefal cookware items that come with stainless steel and silicone handles are oven safe up to 210°C (410°F). Glass lids are oven safe up to 175°C. Not microwave safe. Do not use whisks or sharp utensils in your pan. Some pans, especially those of small diameter and/or lightweight construction, may become less stable when used on some designs of gas hob. In such circumstances it may be advisable to use a gas ring reducer or trivet. Products with a small induction base should be used on an appropriate induction hobs. To prolong the life of your pan, we recommend hand washing with a non abrasive sponge. Dishwasher use: it is preferred to use gentle detergents such as a liquid or gel. If your handles loosen, gently re-tighten them. This pan can be disposed of at a recycling point
