    Prepare Use Press the safety cap upwards until the safety ring is broken and then remove it. Move the safety cap towards the opening direction and remove the measuring spoon scoop. Remove the aluminum cover. Use the measuring spoon scoop and the level cutter of the package to ensure the correct powder doses. Place the measuring spoon scoop back in its original package and close the lid. In a glass with 180ml of water, add 5 Frisogrow scoops and mix well (200ml ready to drink milk drink).
