Prepare Use There is no need to defrost. Frying pan / Deep fryer: There is no need to defrost. Cook in a frying pan or deep fat fryer in plenty of hot oil (180°C) for 2 minutes until golden brown. Oven: preheat the oven at 200ׄ°C. Put the desired amount and heat on the middle shelf for 7-8 minutes. Leave to stand for a few minutes. If fan assisted oven, reduce a few minutes.
