Gluten free bread mix with wholemeal flour. Specially formulated for people intolerant to gluten. Without lactose and without milk protein
Prepare Use | Makes 2 loaves. Preparation time: 10 minutes rising time. Baking time: 40 minutes. Ingredients: 500 g Bread Mix with Wholemeal Flour, lukewarm water, 7 g dried yeast, 15 g extra virgin olive oil, flour for dusting. Preparation. Place the mix onto a bowl together with the yeast. Add lukewarm water and mix for a few minutes. Add the oil and continue mixing until a smooth, soft dough is obtained. Oil a bowl and place the dough onto it. Split the dough in two shelves and place it on the hot drip pan. Bake for about 10 minutes at 200°C. Move the 2 loaves on the grill placed in the middle of the oven and continue baking for 30 minutes at 180°C |
