Salad with wholegrain noodles, smoked salmon and edamame beans

  • 100g wholegrain or rice noodles
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 100g edamame beans (Only Available In-store)
  • 1 small red and orange pepper
  • Fresh onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 80g smoked salmon fillet
For the Dressing:
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • Grated ginger or 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp sesame oil



  1. Prepare the noodles following the instructions on the package and add sesame oil.
  2. Rinse the edamame beans in a colander.
  3. Cut the peppers into small cubes.
  4. Prepare the dressing by mixing all of the ingredients together.
  5. Prepare the salad by adding the peppers, edamame beans, and sesame seeds to the noodles. Pour the dressing on top.
