    Prepare Use Cook adequately before consumption. For best results always cook from frozen. Remove all packaging. In Oven: Bake in pre-heated oven at 180°C for 7-12 minutes. In pan: place a nonstick skillet over medium heat, grease lightly, put the burgers and let them cook for 2-3 minutes on each side
