Delicious Kourabiedes

Ingredients
- 120 g of icing sugar
- 400 g of butter
- 500 g flour ¨00¨
- 200 g nuts of your choice (crushed)
- 100g of rum
- 10 g of vanilla
- Icing sugar for sprinkling
Method
1. In the bowl of a stand mixer beat the sugar, butter and vanilla on medium speed for about 5 minutes using the paddle attachment.
2. Add the flour, the nuts and finally the rum.
3. Mix to combine and form a dough.
4. Put the dough in the fridge for about half an hour or until the butter is frozen.
5. Roll into small 50g balls.
6. Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
7. After they have cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
