    Prepare Use BEFORE YOU CONSUME THE FISH, COOK IT WELL FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW: 20’ IN THE OVEN (recommended by Findus). Preheat your oven to 220 °C (fan to 200 °C). Place the pieces of your Alaska pollock, while still refrigerated, on a tray which you have covered with baking paper, making sure you have separated the pieces from each other. Place on the middle rack and cook for approximately 20’. 14’ IN A SAUCEPAN Place the pieces of your Alaska pollock, while still refrigerated, in a preheated nonstick saucepan and cook in medium heat for 14’, flipping them regularly. Adjust cooking time to your equipment
