    Prepare Use PREPARATION: before you consume the fish, cook it well following the instructions below: 15’ IN THE OVEN (recommended by Findus): Preheat your oven to 220 °C (fan mode). Place the sticks, while still refrigerated, on a tray which you have covered with baking paper, making sure you have separated the pieces. Place on the middle rack and cook for approximately 15’. Flip after 10’. For a crispier result, flip in the middle of cooking time and cook for another minute. 13’ IN A SAUCEPAN Place the sticks, while still refrigerated, in a preheated nonstick saucepan and cook in medium heat for about 13’, flipping them often both sides. Adjust cooking time to your equipment.
