Prepare Use | Keep the fillets in original packaging and defrost slowly in the refrigerator overnight, at room temperature for around 2 hours or in a water bath for around 20 minutes. Oven 175°C: Place the fish in a greased ovenproof dish and cook in the middle of the oven for 12-13 minutes or until of the fish fillets has an internal temperature of 48°C. Frying of barbeque: Place the defrosted fillets in a frying pan and fry in a little oil over a medium heat or in aluminium foil and barbeque for 4-5 minutes on each side |
