Prepare Use Defrosting: Place the unopened bag in a large bowl with lukewarm water. Let defrost for 15 minutes. Then, take the fillets out of the bag and let them rest for 10 minutes in the fridge before use. Preparation: In the pan: In a non-stick pan, add a bit of oil and sauté the defrosted salmon filets for 2-3 minutes. Then, cook for about 5-6 minutes over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. In the oven: preheat oven to 210°C (thermostat 7). Take the frozen fillets out of the bag and place them on a tray. Add oil and herbs, cover with aluminium foil and cook for 20-22 minutes. (If the fillets have been defrosted, reduce the cooking time to 12-14 minutes)
