Without prior defrosting. In the pan: season with salt and pepper as desired. Put the fillets in a pan in which you will have previously melted the butter or heated the oil. Cook and brown each side of the fillet for about 6 to 8 minutes. Oven: Preheat the oven to 210°C (Gas mark 7): brush the fillets with a little fat and bake in a suitable dish. Conventional oven: 12 to 15 minutes. Fan oven: 10 to 12 minutes. Cook the fillets well.
