    Prepare Use This product contains raw fish and must be cooked thoroughly. Ensure product is piping hot before serving. For best results cook in a conventional oven. These instructions are guidelines only as cooked appliances may vary. Remove all packaging. Cook from frozen. To oven cook: 20-25 min 210°C/Fan 190°C/ Gas 6. Pre-heat oven. Place fillets on a pre-heated baking tray on top shelf of oven. To grill (18-22 minutes) Pre heat grill to medium heat. Turn occasionally. To deep fry: 7 minutes 180°C/350°F. Pre-heat oil. Lower fillets gently into the oil. When cooked place fillets on kitchen paper to drain prior to serving
    Storage Keep frozen at -18°C. Important: Once thawed do not re-freeze
