Flip them in the middle of cooking time with a spatula. 12’ IN A SAUCEPAN Heat one tablespoon of oil in a saucepan. Place the plant-based steaks, while still refrigerated, and cook in medium heat for 12’. Flip them from time to time. Adjust cooking time to your equipment.
