    Mon Ami Panna Cotta Mix with Strawberry Flavoured Syrup 180 g

    Panna Cotta mix with strawberry flavoured syrup. Original Italian recipe
    Prepare Use Preparation instructions: Pour 500 ml of fresh whole milk in a saucepan and warm slightly (30°C). Add the content of the panna cotta mix sachet and heat the mixture to boiling point, stirring constantly with a whisk. Because of the texture of the mixture, there is a chance it will become a bit lumpy. Add 500 ml of fresh cream and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes stirring continuously. Pour the panna cotta in a big mould or separate in small moulds, let it cool and then place in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours. Remove from the refrigerator and turn out. Serve and garnish with the strawberry flavour syrup. We recommend: For a richer taste replace 250 ml fresh milk with 250 ml fresh cream. Semi-skimmed milk may also be used
