Prepare Use | For 250 g of Tortellini. Boil 1.5 with 2 L of water. Add 2 tsp of salt and the tortellini. Cook on medium heat for 13-14 minutes. Drain and serve by adding a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil or a simple tomato sauce |
