    Prepare Use PREPARATION: 25’ IN THE OVEN. BEFORE YOU CONSUME THE FISH, COOK IT WELL FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW: Preheat your oven to 220 °C (fan to 200 °C). Place the pieces of your Alaska pollock, while still refrigerated, on a tray which you have covered with baking paper, making sure you have separated the pieces. Place on the middle rack and cook for 25’. Adjust cooking time to your equipment.
